Most of the security softwares serve you well, but when it comes to uninstalling them, the problem starts. You may not be able to uninstall the entire software from the PC. How many times you restart the machine, the software clinches to you.
It is the same with "Quick heal internet Security 2013". I had a demo version of this Internet Security software in my system. When I tried to uninstall it, the problem comes. Whatever I did, it results in nothing.
It shows some error like in the above image.
I got a chance to look into the task manager for this problem.
In this task manager ,there will be several programs running under Details TAB.
There is a windows Installer, which acts as an interrupter for the uninstallation of the anti virus programs.
The name of the installer is , msiexec.exe.
msiexec.exe was blocking the uninstallation of Quick heal internet security 2013 path.
Right click on the msiexec.exe file and give end process on task manager.
Now you can completely uninstall the Quick heal internet security 2013.
